If you've purchased one of our Audiograph® Framed Photos, please visit our authenticity check page. Remove the audio device from your frame and you will find a holographic sticker with a number printed on it. Enter that number on our authenticity verification page and you'll know if your Audiograph® product is real.

Every one of the celebrities featured in our catalog is produced under a licensing agreement with each celebrity's chosen representation. All of the rights for images, audio, signatures and names have been secured specifically for our products.

Our frames are 17.25" high by 12" wide by 1.875" deep. The included photograph is 8x10". A recessed slot has been cut into the back for easy hanging.

The length of each audio clip varies. Details for each product can be found on the individual product pages, but on average the clips are 35-55 seconds long.

If you push the audio device and the sound is scratchy, or if it is interrupted and stops before the clip is finished, or if it does not play at all, change the batteries. If that does not fix the problem, please contact us for a replacement.

To change the batteries on your Audiograph® audio device, pull the audio device out of the frame. (Don't worry, it just pops out - you won't break it!) Remove the small lid on the bottom of the device to reveal the batteries. Take out the old batteries and replace them with two LR44/SR44/AG13 type batteries. The audio is permanently programmed at our factory; it will not be lost by changing the batteries.

If you purchased your Audiograph® Framed Photo directly from our online store, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund (minus tax and S&H). Please use our Contact Form to email us why you are returning the product and we will email you return instructions including a Return Authorization Number and an address.

If you purchased your product from one of our retail partners, you must arrange your return with them.

Your Audiograph® collectible is designed to last a lifetime. If your Audiograph® audio device has any problems up to one year from the date of purchase, we will replace it at no charge. After one year, we will exchange any defective Audiograph® audio device for $9.95 (including S&H). Please use our Contact Form to submit your request.
